In this report, leading analyst firm Gartner identifies the key factors behind successful revenue management for communication service providers. They further recognized CSG for providing a full-suite business support system (BSS) as a SaaS solution . Gartner also noted our ability to help CSPs with new business models made possibly by 5G and distributed architectures.
TM FORUM SILVER OPEN API CERTIFICATION (NOVEMBER 2021)
Telecom industry association TM Forum recognized CSG with a silver Open API certification. Our commitment and investment in Open API development were highlighted as particularly noteworthy. While this is CSG’s first appearance in the Gartner Magic Quadrant for Field Service Management, we are thrilled to have been recognized for our strengths in customer experience, scalability, and powerful capabilities for the CSP space. Our 100-percent deployment success rate and near-perfect customer retention rates also received special acknowledgement. Gartner’s research has been particularly helpful in identifying proof points for CSG’s best practices, as well as inputs for our future R&D strategy.
